Ham Dip, well that’s what we call it, but it’s really more of a spread than a dip. It has a lovely, smoky, sweet-sharp creamy flavor, rather complex and robust. Sandwich Cubano is said to have been “born in Cuba, and educated in Key West”. This is no ordinary grilled ham and cheese sandwich. It’s a crispy, melted, oozy goodness you can only dream of. One bite, and you’ll be hooked for life. 
Boliche is a wonderful way to prepare an eye of the round. This is an extremely lean piece of beef, but with tons of flavor and a lovely little surprising morsel in the middle of each slice.
