Thai-Pineapple Chile SauceThis is a nice little sauce to have on hand.  It’s positively delicious with fish of any kind, but it’s decent with chicken fingers, Fried Calamari or drizzled over pork.  You can vary the fruit, but I love this combination.  Thai-Pineapple Chile SauceThis is a stir together sauce.  Put everything in a small bowl; stir together until completely combined.  Set aside for at least 30 minutes.  Stir before serving.  This is excellent with Fried Calamari or pretty much anything.  And I do mean anything.  This is just plain yummy.
