Hot Dog PizzaThis was our Friday night pizza.  I’ve made it before, but it had slipped my mind, but Hot Dog Pizza is just a hot dog, deconstructed into pizza form.   Why not?  It tastes great and kids (of all ages) love it.  It’s perfect for the weekend, for kid or adult sleep-overs, and Super Bowl Sunday!  Are you sensing a theme here?  Continue reading →

BBQ Pizza with Potatoes, Onions, CheeseI couldn’t wait to post this.  It was too good not to share.  You’ve heard The Goddess go on ad nauseam about how she adores, loves, is crazy about, etc. leftovers.  It does get a tad stale, doesn’t it?  I know I was damned tired of hearing about it.  Then, she made this pizza, which uses leftovers she had from the weekend.  Continue reading →

Stove-Top Pizza

A cast iron skillet, pizza dough, toppings, a jug of wine and thou!  I made this for lunch in under 10 minutes…I had to prepare the toppings, you know.  Pizza done this way is so simple, and you get a nice crispy crust without heating up the whole house or BBQ-ing in 100ºF heat.   Continue reading →
