Spicy Peanut Noodles are great for summer, though the ingredients transcend seasons. They can be a side dish or the main course, depending on what you add. These are so much more than just noodles and I always serve them when we celebrate the Asian New Year.
This condiment, Sambal Mahtah, is spectacularly delicious. It’s spicy, sweet, a little hot and just slightly crunchy. This came to my attention via Trader Joe’s™. They sell some amazingly delicious products, but they discontinued their Sambal Mahtah. Well, what’s a girl to do? She needs to come up with her own version.
