Cheeseburger & "Fries" CasseroleWho doesn’t love a good cheeseburger?  And nice, crispy fries?  So, The Goddess was thinking this might just work in a casserole.  You know how she’s into these one-dish or skillet dinners.  Many time when she thinks something will work, it doesn’t work as well as it does in her mind’s-eye.  But, this turned out to be incredibly, almost indecently, tasty.    Continue reading →
