This isn’t exactly a chutney. It’s really a cross between a chutney and a relish. It’s sweet and sour. It’s fruity, but with a hit of savory because of the Worcestershire and vinegar. You know, it really doesn’t matter what we call it. What matters is that it’s delicious!

This is so summery and delicious. It’s perfect with grilled chicken or fish, spooned over ice cream (I’m not kidding!), alongside some scrambled eggs…well, you get the point.
Fruit relishes are a wonderful way to preserve have the summer flavors on the autumn and winter table. I love these with Thanksgiving turkey and don’t get me started on how good this relish is on a turkey sandwich. Not only that, fruit relishes are relatively easy.
What’s up using peaches in the winter? They aren’t in season, so what is The Goddess thinking? Well, she’s thinking that frozen fruit is a blessing and prolongs the seasons. What could be more surprising and delicious than peaches at Christmas?
