Sloppy Joe’s are one of those wonderful memories we have from childhood.  I love them.  I still do.  I like mine on potato rolls, with slices of raw onion, dill pickle slices  and potato chips on the side.  MMM…what a wonderful memory!  Continue reading →

Chicken Enchilada Crêpes with Cilantro-Lime Cream SauceThis is a savory option for our crêpes.  It’s pretty much a chicken enchilada, but with crêpes, duh.  The sauce is lovely and loaded with flavor.  Even though it has heavy cream, using broth lightens the sauce.  Continue reading →
