The weather outside is frightful! Chili is just this thing to take a bite out of the cold. I know we’ve explored Chili with all the Good Stuff! in the past. In my last posting, I mentioned using cinnamon in a savory manner. So here we are….
In centuries past, like a lot of spices, cinnamon was traded by the Arabs (remember the infamous spice route?).
