Sichuan Cucumber SaladThis is a nice little salad to have in your repertoire.  It is the perfect summer salad, but joy of joys, since good cucumbers, a.k.a. Miami Cobb Salad with Sautéed ShrimpYesterday, we cleaned shrimp.  Today, we cook.  I’ve been asked by someone near and dear to me to talk about cooking shrimp, so I we’ll do just that.  This is for The Eventual Planner, who I believe is primarily interested in how to sauté shrimp. Shimp with Pineapple & Black BeansI know this sounds a tad odd, but you’re going to have to trust me.  It is delicious.
