This is one of those sauces that is as good with pork, as it is with chicken and it’s equally delicious with salmon or shrimp. Okay…so it’s good on pretty much anything. I haven’t tried it on a burger, but I think on a pork burger it could be stupendous.
The English-speaking Caribbean offers us some wonderfully complex flavors. Jerk Chicken is one of the dishes that’s synonymous with the islands. It’s has a nice kick of heat, is highly spiced and delicious. Thus, making it the perfect summer grilling dinner. You and your guests will love it.

The Goddess has never been all that enamored with chicken burgers per se. Having said that, these beauties are different. Chicken burgers tend toward the dry, but not these babies. They are jam-packed with flavor, and the Thai chili sauce and cucumbers add that sweet and extra crunch that is just ooooh! so lovely.
