This is a great little appetizer to whip up at a moment’s notice. Smear it on a bland, buttery cracker, and you think it’s perfect. But stuffed into one of the little sweet-hot round peppers that you can find on the olive bar…you know the ones, it’s stupendous. Continue reading
Golden Berries. Have you heard of these sunny, little orbs? They are also referred to as Peruvian Grouncherries or Incan berries, and possibly more names, but these are the ones I have heard of. They are lovely.

This was supper today. This is pure comfort. It’s been a long day, I was tired and I had leftover garlic rice, a nice, plump ripe avocado, eggs and onion and these flavors are crazy good together. This is a great breakfast and dish, too. MMMmmmm….
Yesterday, we cleaned shrimp. Today, we cook. I’ve been asked by someone near and dear to me to talk about cooking shrimp, so I we’ll do just that. This is for The Eventual Planner, who I believe is primarily interested in how to sauté shrimp.
