So we had Vietnamese-Flavored Meatloaf on Friday, and it’s hot today, so perfect day to satisfy my Banh Mi craving. But, I decided to lighten it up a bit and make a wrap, instead of a sandwich…and I didn’t have the bread, but I did have flour tortillas. Continue reading

Everyone needs a good tomato-based pizza sauce. And this one is really, really good…stupendously delicious, in fact. I think it’s the anchovy, but who knows for sure?
These peanut noodles are creamy and thick and just plain good. This is one of those recipes that is pretty flexible, depending on your taste…so adjust away!
Fish curries don’t seem to be as popular as chicken, lamb or vegetable curries. It’s too bad, because fish curries are really good. This curry uses both fish and shrimp, which work very well together…friendly creatures of the sea, swimming together in a nice tomato-based curry sauce.
